Check up with Dr. Ramirez

On Monday both Luke and I had our well checks with Dr. Ramirez.  I had my 3 year check up and Luke had his 2 month check up.  Here are our stats:

Kate:  36 1/2 inches tall, 31 lbs.
Luke: 21 1/2 inches tall, 12 lbs. 3 oz.

We love Dr. Ramirez and were really good for him while he checked us out.  Then Mom and I went to check out the sticker selection while poor Baby Luke got 3 shots in his legs!  Poor little buddy.  He is feeling better now and Dr. Ramirez thinks we look just great!

Snow Day!

Last week I woke up to a ground covered in snow and could not wait to go out and play in it!  This is only the second time I have seen snow and it was Luke's very first snow day!

My 3rd Birthday

Today is my birthday!  My 3rd birthday to be exact.  I started my day off with birthday breakfast: belgian waffles with whipped cream and strawberries.  Then Mom and I went to gymnastics where everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to me and I didn't even cry this time!  After gymnastics, it was time for my favorite after-gymnastics lunch: PB&J.  After my nap, Mom, Dad, and I went to the bank where I used my birthday checks and the money from my piggy bank to open a savings account just for me.  I already have $174.44 saved!  Then Dad and I went for a Jeep ride and finally we ended up at Chick-fil-a which is what I chose as my birthday dinner.  Then it was time to come home, get in a little snuggling with Mom and Dad and hit the sack.  So far 3 is looking good!
