Kate's first graduation

This morning was a momentous occasion in my life thus far.  I graduated from Town and Country Montessori.  Mom, Dad, Luke, Gigi, Popo, Uncle John, Brandy, Matthew and Lillian all came to celebrate.  Kindergarten, here I come!!
Julian and me goofing off before the ceremony.

Making my entrance.

Luke sat with his class and watched.  Or threw sand.

We sang, "We've got the whole world in our hands."  And we do.

Libby: our sweet new angel dog

About 2 weeks before Lucy passed away, Libby came to live with us.  Her mom had just passed away and she needed a home, so we took her in.  Now, Mom says she is our little angel.  She needed a new Mama and we needed a new little girl doggie in our house.  Welcome, Libby!

Lucy Vogt-Townsend March 2000-May 2013. A beautiful little soul.

On Tuesday, May 14, Lucy went to doggie heaven.  She was 13 years old and oh how we miss her (especially Mama).  Thanks for all of the wonderful memories, Lucy.  We will never forget you.
