Luke's work trip

It is becoming a tradition for Dad to take us each on a work trip with him each summer.  This summer Luke's trip was to the Valley where they did a little work and a lot of play in South Padre.
Luke's first parasailing adventure.  He loved it!

Summer vacation! Silver Dollar City 2015

The day after school was out, we embarked on what is quickly becoming an annual road trip to Missouri.  This year, we decided to go kinda last minute, so it was just the four of us and Uncle John. We stayed a week and had a TON of fun!!
In front of our cabin

Rock paper scissors at dinner.

Bedtime.  We are trying to teach Uncle John how to work an iPad.

Downtime.

Lunch at Silver Dollar City.

Kate, Luke and Uncle John got new harmonicas at SDC and might start a band.

Siblings on the swinging bridge.  There is a picture somewhere that is a lot like this one from about 1983.

We spent a morning at the Branson zoo.

And that afternoon we rode on the Scenic Railroad.

Dinnertime back at the cabin.

Headed into Silver Dollar City.  So excited!

Breakfast at Billy Gail's. Our favorite.

Breakfast within walking distance of the cabin.  We love it.

Our first attempt at family putt putt was a HUGE success!  The kids are hooked.
