January brought some changes. These two are growing and changing every day! I swear Kate grew taller overnight last week!

| Over the past couple of weeks, there have been lots of questions from Kate about what exactly "sex" is, so it was time to have the talk....Luckily I also found a great book called "It's not the Stork" so she could read all about it. She met the news with great curiosity and embarrassment. |

| Kate received a sewing machine for Christmas and has been creating lots of fun blankets for Luke and her animals. |

| Luke and Paul have been playing lots of football. We have also started to play at the LG football field when we are there. We like to have football field picnic and then play. |

| Our first Girl Scout Cookie booth. We sold an astounding 105 boxes outside of Taco Deli! |

| Kate deemed "Wild Kratts Live" as the "second best day of my life. The first is when I was born, obviously, but this is the second." Luke was also completely overjoyed by the whole experience. We spent the day in San Antonio starting with the Zoo and a trip to Toys R Us. Then while we were at Chilis we surprised them with the tickets as an early birthday present for Kate and she could not stop jumping up and down in her seat. |
