Happy Birthday LUKE!!!!

Happy birthday to the sweetest, coolest, cutest 7 year old we know!!  We celebrated with presents in the morning, In-n-Out Burger in the Forest Trail Cafeteria, more presents in the afternoon and Luby's for dinner.  Hope this is your best year yet!

Luke's 6th birthday party

To celebrate Luke's 6th birthday, he decided to have a Michael Jackson party at Boulder Park.  He and his buddies played some football and baseball and then learned a dance to Beat It from an awesome dance teacher named Korie who works with a friend of Mom's at Pure Barre.  Happy 6th Birthday Luke!!!  We could not love you more!!

Thanksgiving 2016

This year we stayed home for Thanksgiving and had a great time.  Uncle John and Gigi came to town and we took them to Painting with a Twist where they got really serious about their art.  We had Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and then on Friday we decorated the house for Christmas and got ready for Luke's birthday party!

Aggie Football game

This weekend we went to College Station which Kate and Luke have deemed the "best place ever".  "Mom, it is so awesome to look around and see Aggies everywhere you go.  I love it here!"-Kate
We drove in Friday night for dinner with JP at Chicken Oil Co. and then headed to the game on Saturday.  We watched the band and football players march in and then played a little football in Spence Park before heading to Kyle for the game. The Aggies played UTSA and we won!  Kate loved the band.  Luke loved the game.  Everybody had a great day.

Random sweetness

Dad and I talk all the time about the love you two have for each other and how it is so rare and so precious.  You play together without arguing (most of the time) and really feel deeply when the other is hurting physically or emotionally.  You are best friends and we hope you always will be.  You are amazing.
Evelyn Roitsch passed away this month and we all headed to La Grange to celebrate her 102 years of life on the earth.  She was Benjamin, Bailey, William, Teagan, Hannah, Riley, Maddie and Harrison's great-grandmother.  What a special day for a special woman.  We spent time at William and Teagan's grandmother (Karen's) farm near La Grange that night spending hours on these hay bales.
