Back to school! (1st & 4th Grade)

Well the time has come to wrap up Summer and go back to school!  As one last hurrah, we took a little staycation to the JW Marriott in downtown Austin.  We swam, ate, watched the bats, rented a paddleboat on Lady Bird Lake and took a stroll through downtown.  Then it was time to meet our teachers and get ready for the big day!

Cousin Fun: Roadtrip to South Carolina

To wrap up the summer we took a little impromptu road trip with our cousins to South Carolina.  Aunt Maria and the Vogt boys had been in Texas for a while and it was time for them to drive home, so we hopped in the car with Amy, Bailey and Benjamin and followed them home!  We spent several days at their farm swimming in their tank, having dance parties and pillow fights and just having fun together.
