Luke's Montessori graduation

Luke is finally ready for Kindergarten.  We celebrated the end of Montessori school with a graduation and luncheon.  So excited for this little guy and the next stage!

Disclaimer: Kate was having pajama day at school and we checked her out for a couple of hours to watch Luke graduate.

 This time of year is crazy, fun and busy.  Here are some of the things we have been up to:

Happy 10th Anniversary Mom and Dad!

Mom and Dad went to the Riviera Maya to celebrate their 10th anniversary.  They stayed at a place called the Viceroy where there were monkeys in the trees!

Mother Daughter Retreat 2016

Mother Daughter Retreat 2016 is in the books and it was awesome!  The theme this year was "Surfing' USA" and we had a wonderful weekend together at T Bar M with all of our friends from Forest Trail.  I just love this FTE tradition!

Kate update

Kate is heading into 3rd grade and she is as sweet as EVER.  She loves all creatures great and small, snuggle time with Mom, going to dinner with Dad, playing Warriors with her friends and reading Archie comics is a new obsession.  This girl lights up the world!

Lordy Lordy Mama's 40!

Mom turned 40 this year and we had a big party at Blackjack to celebrate with our friends!  Ruby Jane's band played on the porch of the bunkhouse and we all danced in the rain.  Then some friends camped out.  Happy birthday Mom!

Kindergarten Round Up and Luke Townsend's Day Off

Today was Kindergarten Round Up where Luke had a chance to meet the Kindergarten teachers, take a tour of the school, and ride the school bus for the first time.  He is so ready to go!  After the morning at Forest Trail, Luke played hooky from school.  We took him downtown to lunch on Congress Avenue, stopped by Toy Joy on 2nd street and finally Jo's for some coffee (for us).
