My yoga practice




With all of the physical activity I am getting these days, I needed an outlet for stretching and relaxation, so I have taken up yoga. So far I have mastered the downward facing dog pose and the downward facing dog with leg extension. At the end of my practice I do the corpse pose. These really help me relax and unwind.

good for you kate! you need to teach daxman, he clearly has not gotten in touch w his inner chi. i suspect it is too late for the avinator however
