This weekend we rang in the summer of 2013 with a bang. Here's what we did:

| We both stayed up past our bedtimes so that we could hunt for fireflies. We caught 2! |

| Mom, Gigi and I took a girls' only shopping trip to Charming Charlie where I put together a few summer looks..... |

| We took our first trip to the Lost Creek CC pool. |
 |

 |

 |
| This was as far as Luke would go. |
 |
| So he and Mom spent a lot of time watching from the side of the pool. |
 |
| This fine poodle came from Charming Charlie. |
 |
| And so did this hat. |
 |
| We did a little reading... |
 |
| And we hiked down at Lost Creek |
 |
| where we sat on a rock, |
 |
| and found a teeny tiny turtle. |
 |
| Luke and Dad hit up Starbucks. |
 |
| Mom took us to Amy's Ice Cream. |
 |
| Couch time for the girls. |
