Friday we celebrated Kate's sixth birthday beginning with donuts, balloons and gifts and finishing with a fun party at Roly Pollies with our family friends and her friends from school. This beautiful little soul has made the past six years the best of her parents' lives. She is considerate and helpful. She loves her dogs and her stuffed unicorns. She loves to paint, draw, write and most of all, she LOVES to read. Chocolate still rules her world and lunch everyday consists of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, yogurt and fruit. Her favorite dinner is chicken nuggets, velveeta shells and cheese and corn on the cob. Her favorite songs are "Roar" by Katy Perry, "Let it go" by Idina Menzel, and "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz. Her favorite outfit right now is leggings with a t-shirt and boots. Her favorite subject in school is art and she loves her friends Anna, Lilly Jayne and Kristie in her class. She has set goals for this year that include: learning to play the piano. being a good student, becoming an artist and a gardener and learning how to drive. Here's to you, Kate! You are a little ray of sunshine who brings smiles to the faces of those around you just by being you. We love you more than you can even imagine.
