More Pre-Christmas festivities

We stumbled upon many more pictures from our joyful December:
Finding the perfect Christmas tree

We got a new weiner dog Santa Claus for the front yard.  Awesome.

Nutcracker re-enactment

Nutcracker spectacular

A ride in the Mustang.

Luke onstage at International Night.  His songs included: "This Land is your Land" and "Feliz Navidad".

Family selfie under the Zilker tree

Trail of Lights

Austin Zoo. These goats are crazy.

Austin Zoo train

Surprise lunch date at school

Kate on stage in her choir performance singing "Rag Doll Rock".

All the little rag dolls

Another Mustang ride.  Luke likes this kinda stuff.

San Antonio Marketplace.  We bought bird whistles.

Waiting for the River taxi.

Headed to the Alamo

The Alamo!  We didn't go in for the tour this time, and Kate was kinda mad about that.

River taxi nonsense.

Hotel gyms are sooooooo much fun.

More San Antonio Zoo fun.....

This may very well the best moment of Kate's life thus far.  She is obsessed with everything Cheetah.  I have NEVER seen her so into anything.  She has read every Cheetah book in her school's library as well as in our public library.  If you want to know anything about Cheetahs, Kate is your girl.

The carakel is the meanest cat EVER.

A little stop at the Gristmill in Gruene for lunch on our way home from San Antonio.

Listening to a few songs at Gruene Hall.

Home from San Antonio and exhausted.

Mom and Dad on the River taxi.  What is wrong with Dad?
